It was raining when we arrived. When we came out of the elevator on the upper floor there was water dripping through the ceiling into buckets on the floor. We also discovered water dripping from the ceiling in our room. Judging by the patch work it wasn't a new problem. We called the f/o & they moved us to a different room. The following morning when we went to breakfast the leak at the elevator was even worse. The included breakfast was ok but the the hot items were already cool even though they had only just started serving breakfast. At least they had a microwave so we could warm it up. This hotel is about 5 miles outside Flagstaff along I40. The only places to eat close by are McDonald's or Subway inside the truck stop in the adjacent parking lot. Fortunately we realized this before leaving Flagstaff & had dinner there. If you book here make sure to check the weather forecast 1st!

The location was great close to several things to do in Williams Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon very reasonable price very clean comfortable and the staff was excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip up towards the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Thank you to everyone who made the trip great

It is a great location to enjoy Sedona, Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. Close to all National Parks. I would recommend to invest in a new dryer. We loved the staff, the room was large and we would definitely stay again.

The room was clean with only minor wear showing. The staff was very friendly and parking was never an issue. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Had a hot choice of eggs and breakfast meat (sausages that day). Cereal bar and toast provides other options including yogurt station and drinks bar. Making a coffee to go was a great benefit

This was an OK place for a night's sleep, but the hotel and rooms are run-down and the poor staff clearly don't get enough support and are stretched too thin. The shower and room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, we requested extra pillows and there was not one to be spared, we got a room with bunk beds and there was just a pillow and blanket piled on to make your own beds, and the breakfast was 2/5. The staff are clearly doing the best they can with what's available to them but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The property and room were clean. Check in was easy and simple. We checked in through a Kiosk with a live agent since we got there late at night. The beds were firm, which we loved. Very comfy for us. Pillows were very comfy too, that’s normally something I struggle with. Well stocked with shampoo, soaps lotions. Only draw for me: breakfast. It was terrible. We couldn’t eat any of it.

The room was VERY dirty stains on the bed, boogers on the wall, hair in the shower, dirty sink fridge table and sofa. It was disgusting. Not a single worker there to help us get into a different room. To check in there was a kiosk with a person on the screen who barely knew anything and kept lagging. We did not see a single person there and when you try to reach out to the property you get the same automated message saying that the staff is currently busy with other guest but we were in the lobby and not a single worker or guest was there. The customer service was horrible. We didn’t stay there but were told we couldn’t check out until the morning. So we had to go back in the morning to check out and there was finally a worker there one of them was nice but the manager was very rude and had an attitude from the minute we walked up. I also had seen him with another guest prior and he was being rude to them as well. We were trying to be as nice as possible but we were obviously irritated because they couldn’t get us a refund even though we didn’t stay in the room. We left immediately and then they charged up an extra $174 and tried to say it was for our room but we had already paid the room in full about 3 weeks prior and when they heard that they said it was a mischarge. It’s been a week and they still haven’t refunded the $175 mischarge. Other guest were also having problems like the keys not working. I just want to say do not stay here.

The stay wasn’t bad but they put two charges on my husbands card and won’t tell us what the charges are for. We called them and the manager refused to call us back. We contacted best western company and they contacted that hotel, the manager said they don’t know what the charges are because they didn’t charge it. I asked to send. Screenshot showing they charged us, sent it to the managers email and he never responded. I then contacts BBB and the hotel refused to talk to them. I still have not been contacted back from them through phone or email. Check your bank accounts when you leave in case you get charged extra!
