The great selling points are 1) the staff are extremely nice and helpful—they picked us up at the ferry, carried our heavy suitcases up the stairs to our room, held our luggage and then brought it to us at the ferry dock. 2) the view is unbeatable—IlPerlo is high up on a hill with a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding villages. The restaurant has clean glass walls so you can enjoy this view with your meals. 3) The included breakfast was delicious. We would love to stay here again.

This is a phenomenal place to stay. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we met was eager to help and enjoyable to talk to. The shuttle service also works very well. You simply send a WhatsApp message to the hotel to reserve your shuttle to and from Bellagio. The views were great, food was excellent, and everything was clean.

Everything was so wonderful. Parking is perfectly safe and easy. Breakfast was very fresh, excellant coffee, eggs, sausages. The view of the lake is spectacular. Staff goes out of their way for you. Kristina and Madi were both wonderful to us. We will be back!
