Outstanding property!! It was beautiful, extremely clean, and ideally situated!! The staff was incredible especially Gloria at the front desk. She was kind, helpful and always smiling. This hotel is such an amazing place to stay. Beautiful, historical, clean, great AC, spacious, and extremely friendly/helpful staff. The pool was very nice and clean as well. Literally one minute from all the attractions. This definitely exceeded my expectations!

Perfect Location!!

Perfect location in Bellagio with easy access to the ferry, dining and shopping. Room was decent and bathroom was larger than most (in Italy). Breakfast was very good with many hot and cold options for both food and beverages. The staircase was beautiful but an elevator was available.

This property is located central to the Bellagio waterfront/ferry/taxi drop off. There are many dining options and the location can’t be beat. However the hotel rooms are mediocre at best. The mattresses are very poor quality and let’s just say the walls are VERY THIN! The hallway noise and other surround room noise is very disruptive.
