The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and the area was close to a grocery store, food kiosks along the street, gas station nearby to refuel one’s rental car. The hotel close to the main roads to take to get to the Mayan ruins, zoo,etc.

Wonderful stay at The Palms Belize! The property was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. What truly stood out was how they went above and beyond to arrange transportation for us back to the airport — even after our stay in San Pedro. A beautiful spacious modern room. Cold beer, wine and snacks available in the room along with complimentary fresh baked cinnamon bread loaf. Landscaping was superb on the porch and around the pool. Not much in the area for dinner but the reception desk has menus and the local pick up service no. Wonderful service.

This is a beautiful hotel in Belize City. Room is equipped with everything you need. We didn’t have transportation and found that we had to walk about 10 to 15 min for dining.

Our stay at the Palms was excellent. Staff were fantastic, they went above and beyond to help with airport transportation and booking excursions. Overall the staff ensured we have everything we need. Hotel was very clean and in a more quiet area which was nice and relaxing. Checking in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again!
