The staff was very helpful with everything from helping us get a taxi, get food, finding markets and shops etc. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, the gym and meeting the other guests. I would stay here again.

The Palms was an excellent place to stay for our visit to Belize. We stayed 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our location and amenities. The staff was amazing in planning our excursions that we wanted to do. They provided needed services such as getting taxis for us and suggestions for different restaurants. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Belize. The rooms were updated, efficient and spacious. It felt like home.

This was the best international stay I’ve had thus far!! Its a smaller hotel so the space is intimate, which is nice. The rooms are spacious and modern. The staff was amazing and helpful with setting up rides to the airport and taxis as needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Belize City.

The staff was amazing and the room was beautiful it was exactly what we were looking for to spend my birthday. Laura, Julia and Sheria(I may have spelled her name wrong) were amazing no matter what time of the day or night they were there willing to help. A special thank you to Avi, our driver, he had a great sense of humor, he made our time fun on every drive, he was kind and knew all the great places to tour and where to eat. We will be back to visit Belize City because of them, great hospitality. You will love it here!!!!
