Aside from one of the front desk ladies, who was a bit terse, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also good, and the kids had fun in the pool. My only gripe was the US$37 charge for a 15-minute airport shuttle.

We had the best time a barefoot beach! The staff were friendly and helpful. The little cabana we stayed in was so clean a d very cite! The room is very clean and nice with more than adequate space. The grounds are gorgeous, maintained beautifully, including the pool. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.
