Watch out for dishonest taxi drivers.

The added pick up and drop off at the airport was a plus. The hotel and this includes a few within the pedestrian only area is an issue and you have to walk to the hotels. Beware of dishonest scam taxi drivers but bare in mind these are not Serbian, they are very honest. If you feel your being scammed just call police and refuse to leave the taxi until they arrive.

Don't recommend!

The staff were amazing, good location. But we booked this hotel primarily because they allegedly had a elevator. First of, there were approx 10 stairs to the elevator. But it was not working and came with a warning sign. We hade to climb the stairs with all suit cases + baby stroller. If you need an elevator - do not book this hotel.

City stay

Location is best thing here. Friendly staff went out of their way help getting us to and from airport. Sort of strange that there is a kettle and cups in room but not coffee or tea. Guess you have to bring your own. You can buy a cup from them for €1.50.

Staff has no sense, always knocks the door when you are in the room. Apart from this, when you are not in the room then they enter their rooms which is not good for couple room because we have privacy. When I kept them they gave me excuse, like we are just checking your room lights. But this could they do when we was in room. I request you please couples not come this hotel.

Poor room. Friendly staff.

Firstly, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room. The double glazing didn't filter out the noise from the street outside. On several occasions it was very noisy at night and I was disturbed. If you choose to stay here, don't book a room with a city view. Another issue was with the air conditioning. It was impossible to keep the room cool and on the one occasion I decided to open the window to let the cool air in, I was bitten and disturbed by mosquitos. The air conditioning was stuck on 32 degrees Celsius and despite my best efforts to reduce the temperature, it remained at between 29 and 32 degrees Celsius. I was sweating and uncomfortable at night as a result. I attempted to turn the air conditioning unit off, but to no avail. Finally, I had to turn off the fridge as it was incredibly noisy and kept cooling itself every 30mins or so. Not good when you're trying to sleep. I only give Privilege Suites 3 stars as the staff were good.

It’s a great combination of a hotel and Airbnb. The rooms were more like apartments rather than a hotel but everything was clean and comfortable, There’s 24h staff available to help with anything you may need. Very convenient location. Also shuttle options turned out to be very convenient.
