Perfect location

I had a wonderful experience at Museum Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the city center, walking distance to everything. The room was spotless, the breakfast was fresh and varied, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, located in a great area, quiet and easily accessible. There was an issue that arose that was not the fault of the property, but the General Manager Ivan--who is a real professional---handled it smoothly and showed genuine concern for the quality of experience that I had. We had a very pleasant stay. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring Belgrade, the room was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. We had a health emergency one night and the receptionist was extremely helpful calling in the ambulance and translating for the healthcare professionals - we are ever grateful.

Perfect place to stay at the old city

Hotel is behind the National Museum, at the Republic Square. Although public transportation is free in the city, we prefer to walk. Fortress, called as KaleMegdan is approximately 700 meters. I strongly recommend you visit there. As we are family, we booked Suite Room, having two toilets, one king size bed, a sofa bed and room is 36 meters. There is a complementary afternoon snack from 12:30 to 14:00. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:30 and it is fine.

Spacious suite with all necessary amenities - coffee maker, tea, complementary water, minibar, etc. There was a complementary breakfast with diverse food offering. Very friendly and supportive stuff, arranged to store luggage so we can walk before checking in, both checkin and checkout went very smoothly. Location of the hotel is very central and is highly recommended for short or longer stay.
