Bad place

The receptionist refused to assist us in automatic check-in process and does not speak English at all. It was only 1 chair in the room. Poor lighting and no even soap on the basin.

C’est un hôtel pas cher, le rapport qualité /prix est correct. Chambre petite mais propre, environnement dans une zone de concessionnaires voitures, bof mais calme.

Gut war das es einen Getränke und Snackautomaten hat der immer zugänglich ist.Self check in Automat hat nicht funktioniert zum bezahlen. Das Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen und die Matratze vom Bett war total durchgelegen. Leider war es auch sehr hellhörig.

séjour sur Belfort

Après un souci avec un couchage lors de la première nuit,la responsable a immédiatement réglé le problème en nous installant dans une autre chambre. cette personne est à l'écoute très réactive,sympathique et agréable. L’hôtel est propre et bien situé,facile à trouver.

De passage dans cet hôtel pour raisons professionnelles, je pensais pouvoir m'y reposer un tant soit peu. Malheureusement il y avait également 2 cars de jeune (Etudiants, sportifs, je ne sais pas trop). Ce ne fût que des rire, chahutement, pleures, disputes jusqu'a tard dans la nuit. Je me doute que les responsables de l'hôtel n'y sont pas rien, mais un petit rappel des règles de bases aurait pu être fait aux responsables de ces jeunes...
