Quite simply a really good place to stay - beautiful building - well kept and maintained inside and out. Spacious - so much better than a hotel room. Close to the centre, but far enough out to park a car without issue.

What a great place to stay!! It was excellent in every way. The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have separate rooms. The kitchen was very handy and the laundry was most welcome, so we could move on with all clean clothes. The location worked out really well for us, it was a short walk to buses that were easy to navigate to get into the city. I have to admit it was much better than I was expecting. The decor was pretty, and it was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever get back to Belfast.

Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Comfortable, clean, lovely owners. We hired a car last minute and were able to park off street for the duration of our stay. Walking distance to some fantastic restaurants, bars and grocery stores, small Coop and decent sized Tesco, as well as a sightseeing bus stop. Great value for money. Check in, although contactless, was very straightforward. I'll be recommending this property to anyone I hear considering Belfast from now on. It's a wee home from home, more personal and inviting than a hotel room or aparthotel accommodation.

A great place to stay just outside the city centre. 25 min walk into Belfast and feels safe. Near to the Botanical Gardens and Ulster Museum.
