My room was huge with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming on arrival and were helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast (included with our stay) was perfect, with continental options as well as hot food made to order.

Check-in was excellent with a friendly member of staff and our luggage was taken to our room, which was a fantastic size and comfortable. I was disappointed to find the toilet unclean from the previous guest. This was reported and iwith an apology nformed it was being investigated. Breakfast was excellent as was the central location directly behind Belfast City Hall.
