Shower thermostat didnt work, knob had also fallen off the dial. Very noisy and there was hoovering going on very early in the morning which spoilt sleep. Room was very overly warm and stuffy. Lovely comfy bed though

The receptionist on duty was absolutely lovely and so very helpful as we had a few questiins re getting to ferry etc the next morning. Spacious room. Great secure parking. Great location across the road from Stormont. 20 mins from ferry and not much more to Belfast city centre. Would stay again

This hotel was very good, an easy bus ride from the city, staff were friendly and helpful, room was good. No complaints, all well. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment but had dinner in the restaurant and it was good if somewhat expensive. The bar is pricey but was nice to sit and enjoy a quiet drink.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it generally fine, but lacking any real atmosphere. Check‑in felt cold and clinical, which didn’t set a great tone. The room itself was spacious with the usual basics, and the bed and pillows were genuinely very comfortable. However, it could definitely benefit from a deep clean — the shower drained slowly due to a build‑up of soap scum and hair, and there was noticeable mould along the tiles. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but I wouldn’t be in a rush to return. The location isn’t great either, with very little in the surrounding area.

Rooms and hotel lobby and breakfast buffet were great. Comfortable beds and very helpful and responsive front desk. Lots of parking on sight. Very close to Stormont castle with its beautiful grounds (across the street!). Would stay again. The gym facilities needs to be walked to which is a little inconvenient. (Five to ten minutes and across the road). And the traffic outside can be busy at rush hour. But the bus is very handy to downtown right on the street.

This is a beautifully built hotel with comfortable bar/cafe and a good separate restaurant. Parking is easy, too. It is quite a way into Belfast.
