Just stayed weekend for wife’s birthday, hotel lovely and spotless only thing we could really complain about was breakfast not much choice at all was very basic which was abit of a let down considering the hotel is really nice, and in a really good location, would stay again but wouldn’t bother with the breakfast option unless it was changed or upgraded abit, also contacted hotel to say was wife’s birthday anything complimentary would be appreciated and never even got a response from them, a little underwhelming but not a massive deal I suppose

Wow, this place is fabulous! Dedicated staff for our every need and incredible amenities- cooktop, larger fridge, microwave… we had absolutely everything we needed and you will be so glad you stayed here. Breakfast was brilliant with convenient ice/water machines. Highly recommend. We will be back.

From the moment we arrived to check-out 3 days later, all the stand were extremely helpful, polite & always smiling. Our room was a good size, with the added addition of a full stocked kitchenette. Our room & the hotel in general was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast, had a great choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, variety of cereals & toppings, various beads, croissants with a selection of cold meats & cheeses & obviously tea, coffee & juices…..a great way to start off a busy day of exploring. Initially when we looked at the map, we thought the hotel was way out, but it was only about a 15 minute walk along the river into the centre. Would highly recommend & would definitely return if visiting Belfast again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable.

We had a very good stay. The staff at check in were great and we arrived a little early but were still able to get into our room. The room was clean and my partner loved the bed. It was a little too firm for me. We did use the kitchen and laundry facilities. However it was a little strange that staff directed us to go through the car park to get to the gym and laundry. We did find an elevator at the other end of the building that got us there without having to navigate the car park. The only disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast. The selection was very limited. Felt that they could have added maybe mushrooms, tomatoes and beans to the hot food section and got a better quality orange juice. Don't think that it could have been watered down much more than it already was.

Sehr modernes Gebäude. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Kitchenette, alles da. Problematisch waren tatsächlich heftige Windgeräusche (Kamineffekte) in der letzten Nacht. Das Parken ist mit 20 Pfund pro Nacht schon recht teuer, aber das weiß man ja voher. Personal sehr jung, tw. etwas sehr flapsig. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Titanic-Museum.
