Breakfast was equally as good but staff were really under pressure coffee machine not working and too few staff but despite this the staff on were really friendly and gave 100%. My family & I have just returned from a trip to Belfast and stayed at the beautiful Malmaison in Victoria Street. We wanted a quality hotel in the centre of Belfast - close to the Titanic Experience and a variety of bars/restaurants - and we were not disappointed. The Malmaison certainly lived up to its reputation as a luxurious hotel: beautifully decorated, spacious, spotless bedrooms, delicious food, and professional, friendly, attentive staff. We would certainly stay in the Malmaison again! Thank you.

Great value for money… lovely decorated rooms, very comfortable/clean throughout. Staff at front desk, bar area and at breakfast all very friendly accommodating and nothing was too much bother. The chaps running the breakfast area were excellent, chatty and more than helpful going beyond their duty at times! Enjoy the stay, very accessible for all areas of shopping, entertainment etc everything walking distance.

This hotel is old. And I mean OLD. The building feels like it's hundreds of years old and this really adds to the atmosphere and experience. If you want an ultra modern, brand new space, this hotel is not for you. If you want a unique experience in a beautiful historic building, try the Malmaison!
