The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were well designed and compact. I particularly liked the bed as it was super comfortable. Having free "proper" coffee at breakfast time even though we hadn't ordered breakfast was a bonus!

The best part of the Ibis is the location - close to everything downtown! The staff was friendly and helpful and when coming from another country, a breath of fresh air. The accommodations are humble but clean and adequate. The breakfast was a nice option - continental not full buffet. They offer a discount if you pay at booking for that breakfast. The Irish love to help and will give you the shirt off their back! Come visit for yourself!

Basic hotel. Beds were clean. Bathroom is odd - shower pod and separate toilet with a door that doesn’t reach the floor. Sink is in the room. Staff friendly. Bar was open late.

Excellent location right in the centre of Belfast staff with extremely polite and helpful The continental breakfast was good but very limited choice of spread for toast or rolls i.e. only chocolate or strawberry jam and fortunately don’t like either usually you find marmalade a very popular choice but not available here only criticism we had we definitely stay here again

Clean room, fairly comfortable bed but could have done with an extra pillow. Bathroom was part of the room with the toilet enclosed like in public toilets and the shower right next to the bed.

Good place, staff were helpful with checking in and breakfast. Parking situation was not as expected. Booking on Expedia we were under the impression there was hotel parking, but rather they provided a discount code to pay for the garage across street which was 10 p sterling. Good for a full 24 hrs. The room was small but fine. Bigger than those tiny Stay hotels in Denmark but smaller than the average American hotel. We got a price of 40p and added breakfast so not bad. Would definitely- in hindsight- skip the breaky and go out to eat somewhere

Checkin was quick and easy. The room was tidy but the bunk bed wasn’t made and there was black hair on the sheets. The room was cleaned everyday as the bin was emptied and we received clean towels on our second night, but we could have done with receiving another toilet roll mid stay. Staff was helpful and the process to extend out checkout was easy. £10 per hour extra and it only cost £2 to store our bags after checkout.
