The host was not clear about housekeeping. No fresh towels/washcloths without a charge was inconvenient, especially since I didn't know beforehand. Cigarette burn in the comforter—hair in the shower.
Nice view. Nice shower and jetted tub. Nice-sized space. Comfy bed.

Clean hotel in a great spot near time square. Breakfast buffet was massive and tasted great. Room had a hard time cooking but they got someone to come fix it and it started cooling better. Would definitely come back!
