Nossa experiência no hotel foi, no geral, muito positiva. O hotel é muito bonito, seguro, com quartos grandes, amplos e extremamente confortáveis. A área da piscina é simplesmente linda, parece cenário de novela! A vista para a Bahia é sensacional! Na primeira noite tivemos um problema com o ar-condicionado, mas a equipe resolveu de forma rápida e eficiente, no dia seguinte nos transferiram para outro quarto e ainda nos ofereceram uma compensação, com um almoço gratuito no restaurante. Inclusive, diferente de muitos comentários que lemos, nosso check-in foi muito rápido e todos os funcionários foram bastante atenciosos. No café da manhã também fomos muito bem atendidos, as meninas são muito simpáticas, especialmente a Paula, que foi extremamente atenciosa conosco. Como sugestão de melhoria, poderiam incluir mais itens regionais no café, como tapioca molhada, cuscuz e outras comidas típicas do Pará. A academia deixou a desejar: é muito pequena e fica em um espaço fechado e sem graça. Para um hotel desse porte, seria incrível se fosse uma academia com vista para a Bahia. Realmente uma pena a escolha arquitetônica. Outro ponto é que a piscina aquecida, a piscina coberta e a sauna são pagas à parte, e isso não é informado com clareza antecipadamente. Também percebemos a presença de alguns insetos, como grilos. 😅
