Nice hotel. Good location. Rooms are clean, but some things need updated (bathroom especially). A/c works well (mini split), but it blows directly on the bed which makes sleeping a challenge.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, lots of fruit fresh pastries, eggs, bacon. The building has 30 floors. We were on floor 15. Quite with a balcony. The building is dated and has a funky smell in the halls. Lots of hot water and pressure. Location is good for an evening walk to restaurants. The 4th floor of the mall has some great (white table cloth) restaurants. Overall the rooms are ok and functional. You are nit going to impress your wife with the first impression.

Air Conditioning needs improvement.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times. The air conditioning in the rooms is not the best. The temperature in Belém is pretty hot all year round and a cool room where you can rest is a must.

O café da manhã é uma delícia, tem muito itens regionais. O atendimento é super gentil. O quarto tem um coberto daqueles de pêlo, fino, não é um edredon, horrível pra dormir, se colocar o ar condicionado pro quarto esfriar, fica com o frio com o cobertor. O chuveiro demora bastante pra esquentar, você precisa deixar ligado uns 5 minutos pra aquecer a água, um desperdício. As cortinas estavam sujo e o banheiro parece antigo.

Bom hotel, tem conforto, limpo e em uma região amigável de Belém. Poderia ser mais barato pelo que entrega. A rede hoteleira da cidade carece de bons hotéis e esse é uma das melhores opções, mas eu esperava mais por ser rede Mercure.
