Clean room, great location. I stayed here only two weeks prior and had a great experience. In checking in this time, an unfriendly agent told me they had a new check-in policy that only accepted 3:00 p.m. check-ins when it had been noon previously. With the new policy only in place for a few days, I would expect them to honor the exception just once for an existing client. It was her particularly unfriendly attitude that added insult to injury. I was quite annoyed that they changed their check-in time policy have refused to honor the old one that was only

Hotel precisa verificar/trocar o sistema de ar condicionado. Inaceitável que em um hotel a gente não possa mudar a temperatura do quarto pois isso causa condensação no quarto. Várias vezes chegamos no quarto e o chão estava bem úmido, as vezes até bem molhado.
