Property is just fine, it’s a old hotel, a bit worn but still good you can’t beat it’s proximity to the Belem international airport, everything works in the room cold AC , hot water, and clean, restaurant right there on the property with good healthy food, staff friendly, good safe security in the lobby and out front all for a bargain price

Tive uma experiência bastante satisfatória durante minha estadia neste hotel. Desde o momento do check-in até a hora da saída, tudo funcionou com eficiência, cordialidade e atenção aos detalhes. A limpeza é, sem dúvida, um dos pontos fortes. As áreas comuns estavam sempre impecáveis, com funcionários constantemente fazendo a manutenção da higiene, mesmo nos horários de maior movimento. O quarto em que me hospedei estava extremamente limpo, com roupas de cama e banho trocadas regularmente e em excelente estado. O banheiro também estava muito bem higienizado, com reposição diária de amenities. A localização é outro destaque. Situado em uma área estratégica, o hotel permite fácil acesso a restaurantes, pontos turísticos e meios de transporte. Seja para compromissos profissionais ou lazer, a região ao redor é segura e oferece uma boa variedade de opções, tanto de dia quanto à noite. No quesito conforto, o quarto superou minhas expectativas. A cama era espaçosa e muito confortável, com travesseiros e colchão de ótima qualidade. A climatização funcionava perfeitamente, garantindo noites agradáveis mesmo em dias de temperatura extrema. Além disso, o isolamento acústico foi eficiente, permitindo um descanso tranquilo. O atendimento da equipe merece uma menção especial. Todos os funcionários foram muito educados, prestativos e bem treinados para lidar com diferentes situações. Personne pour vous aider avec vos bagages (ll vous faut tenir les portes vous mêmes tout en manipulant les bagages). Service en chambre impossible le téléphone étant HS. Surprise lors de la facturation. Juste 1 petit savon dans la salle de bains. Pas de couette. Obligee tantôt d eteindre et d allumer la clim. Hotel pas a la hauteur du prix payé. Pros: comida muito boa e perto do aeroporto Contras: água da chuveiro não esquenta... Fiquei de segunda a sexta feira e não consegui tomar um banho morno sequer. Ligava na recepção e o problema era a lotação e o boiler. Ninguém tinha interesse em resolver. Hotel precisa de uma boa reforma. Café da manhã razoável.

Hotel Bom próximo ao aeroporto

Hotel OK próximo ao aeroporto de Belem, melhor que seu vizinho Ibis que esta mal cuidado, alem do valor ser mais em conta inclui cafe da manha na diaria e que por sinal é muito bom , coisa que nao é possivel no Ibis , com certeza se precisar me hospedar próximo ao aeroporto eu voltarei.

Ambiente com muita natureza (nunca mudem isso), o espaço do lago tem um clima encantador e relaxante. Café da manhã farto e delicioso. Atendimento é ótimo. Quarto confortável e limpinho. Opções de água quente e fria no banheiro. Piscina grande. A arquitetura colonial e a natureza em abundância criam uma experiência especial, virou meu queridinho para Belém.

Atendimento muito bom, acomodação excelente, o ponto negativo ficou pela presença de uma barata no quarto, ponto positivo para o atendimento, anteciparam meu acesso ao café da manhã em meia hora para poder usufruir do mesmo e dar tempo de chegar ao aeroporto.
