The hotel like all properties in Belem right now are under some kind of renovation for the COP30. The room is spacious , not fancy but has a fridge, cable tv, bathroom with bathtub. Mine has a queen bed have extra space for a table to dine inside, the balcony is small with some partial view of the paThe internet on my room was unstable , some days work just fine but on other days there was no service even switching

Não se hospede neste hotel. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi extremamente negativa. O hotel está em péssimas condições: muito antigo, visivelmente sem qualquer renovação, com cheiro forte de mofo por todos os lados, inclusive no quarto, o que tornou a estadia insuportável. O ambiente é sujo, mal cuidado, e diversos itens não funcionam corretamente. Já foi um Hilton, mas hoje não tem mais padrão mínimo de conforto ou qualidade. Sinceramente, não recomendo a ninguém. Não vale o risco à saúde, nem o investimento.

Hoje bom, porém muito antigo. Apesar de conservado, precisa melhorar as instalações do banheiro. Banheiro muito antigo, cortinas de pano, sem acessibilidade. O hotel por ser muito antigo tem cheiro de mofo nos corredores, mas é mantido sempre limpo! No mais, cafe da manhã farto e com variedade e bom atendimento. Camas comfortaveis.

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in during my time in Brazil. They desperately need a reform since they haven't done one since the 70's (they have only painted it). The bed was beyond uncomfortable, the faucet kept leaking (I reported it several times, for they ignored me). The staff at the reception was hit or miss (they were super helpful or super rude, depending on who you talked to). The staff at the entrance was beyond disrespectful, making people walk in the rain to catch their Uber because they didn't like them to park at the entrance. This was so bad, I would not recommend anyone staying there. I was there for an event, where the internet was lacking, and the smell of the rooms was bad. Overall, try to avoid this place
