The property was in a great location for the docks with a secure carpark. The room was spacious with an amazing shower, both hot and powerful, nice size bed which was comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection to eat so no problems with deciding

Very badly located,unfriendly staff and terrible rooms.A/C system no maintenance. Very poor shower utilities,my room did not even have a soap bar. Lobby area high temperatures probably of disfunctioning A/C. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Os quartos são grandes, amplos mesmo (32 metros quadrados). Confortáveis. O ar condicionado sempre funcionou. O hotel é muito próximo da Estação das Docas e do Mercado Ver-o-Peso, é possível ir a pé (mas somente de dia). À noite, a localização do hotel é perigosa, não sendo recomendado sair a pé de jeito nenhum (os motoristas de Uber e entregadores do iFood fazem a festa).

Embora o hotel fique numa zona central, a localização é um pouco difícil pois à noite é um pouco perigoso. Os quartos são grandes, boa limpeza, café da manhã bom. As roupas de cama e os travesseiros precisam de substituição urgente, porém no geral, o hotel é bom.

Foi razoável, o ar condicionado está funcionando perfeitamente bem, an internet boa também, só não gostei muito do travesseiro mas estava de boa, tinha umas pequenas baratinhas mas nada que fosse de se assustar. A localização é boa, perto de vários lugares que eu quis conhecer e acho que voltaria me hospedar nesse hotel. Gostei de conhecer um pouco do estado do Pará!

Ja foi bom,sempre me hopedo aqui mas nas ultimas veses esta deixando a desejar,dessa fez o quarto esrava com muito cheiro de fumaça de sigaro,o ar-condicionado pingando e não estava funcionando direito, o exautor do banheiro também não estava funcionando. Reclamei ba repçào e mas não veio ninguém pra fazer o reparo sem contar que sempre somos colocados para o lado da vista trazeira ou inferior do prédio. Visto que tenho outra estadia daqui a aguns dias, espero que seja melhor que essa.

Nossa experiência de hospedagem foi bastante ruim. Ficamos mais de cinco diárias com o ar-condicionado vazando água dentro do quarto, a ponto de alagar todo o chão. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e o reparo do equipamento, mas não fomos atendidos. As funcionárias da recepção foram sempre muito gentis e educadas. Contudo, estavam de mãos atadas diante do problema. Tentaram ajudar dentro do possível, fornecendo toalhas e baldes, mas isso não resolveu a situação. A limpeza deixa a desejar. Encontramos várias baratinhas no quarto, inclusive uma dentro da geladeira. A cama é confortável, o colchão é bom, mas as roupas de cama e banho são apenas medianas. A localização é central e próxima de tudo, mas a região é bastante perigosa, principalmente à noite. O café da manhã é fraco, com produtos industrializados e de baixa qualidade. No geral, não considero que a hospedagem valha o preço cobrado.

3 estrelas e não tem internet = TOP sqn

Se esse é um hotel 3 estrelas então o galinheiro da minha casa é estadia de luxo. Se tu sair da recepção a wifi deixa de pegar, mesmo estando no primeiro andar não havia conexão à internet. Ao tomar banho prepare-se para uma seção de natação para sair do banheiro, pois o box é separado por uma cortina mofada e inutil, assim o chao do banheiro fica todo encharcado. A academia é tao pequena que precisa reservar na recepção o uso, ela fica trancada e tem apenas 2 esteiras, 1 bicicleta e 1 equipamento de musculação, que encontra-se quebrado. Ou seja, tu só consegue fazer esteira ou bicicleta. O café da manhã é ok, mas não é como mostrado nas fotos
