The property was in a great location for the docks with a secure carpark. The room was spacious with an amazing shower, both hot and powerful, nice size bed which was comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection to eat so no problems with deciding

Very badly located,unfriendly staff and terrible rooms.A/C system no maintenance. Very poor shower utilities,my room did not even have a soap bar. Lobby area high temperatures probably of disfunctioning A/C. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

O quarto era simples, mas atendeu perfeitamente às nossas expectativas, já que o utilizávamos apenas para dormir. A localização era excelente, permitindo que fizéssemos a maioria dos passeios a pé. Gostaríamos de destacar nosso agradecimento especial à camareira Maria, que sempre atendeu nossas solicitações com prontidão e cordialidade, além de deixar o quarto sempre limpinho e cheiroso.

Funcionarios muito agoniados, ligando varias vezes pra avisar sobre o check out. Eu ja me hospedei varias vezes neste hotel e em outros, sei sobre os horarios. No cafe da manha fecharam a porta antes do horario informado e as funcionarias comecaram a guardar todas as comidas do cafe da manha, sem que pudessemos terminar nosso cafe. Alem disso, as portas tem um furo proximo a maçaneta muito inadequatos, qualquer invasor poderia usar algum instrumento e abrir a porta do quarto. Tenho a foto da porta aqui, porem o aplicativo é pessimo e nao carrega a imagem, ja acontece isso ha varias reservas quando vou postar fotos, entao esse erro nao e de agora.

Estadia mais ou menos.

Razoável, tivemos contratempos ao chegar, recebemos o quarto que estava em manutenção, depois recebemos um quarto que estava ocupado, chegamos inclusive a abrir o quarto quando percebemos que havia coisas espalhadas no quarto e ai não entramos, enfim recebemos um quarto, porém a noite (madrugada) fomos abordados com alguem tentando abrir a porta, mas como estava travada não foi aberta, logo em seguida recebemos uma ligação, realmente o quarto que estavamos havia sido passado para outro casal pq não haviam dado baixa no quarto quando entramos, mas ao confirmar, resolveram a saga do quarto. Fora isso faltou água, o que causou um pouco de transtorno pq demorou cerca de 4h para voltar. Fora isso cafe da manha Ok, atendimento dos funcionários Ok, as camareiras muito simpáticas. Mas o Pará é tão incrível que não deixamos esses contratempos nos abalar.

Bom localização com Café da Manhã ruim

O hotél está bem localizado, muito proximo ao Mercado Ver-o-Peso e a Estação das Docas. Contudo oferece um café da manhã sem qualquer variação, o que o torna pouco agradável para quem permenace mais do que dois dias. Tampouco a agua disponível no hotel, seja para oferta gratuita ou mesmo para a compra.
