Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke English well, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the kindness of all the staff members, including the lady at the breakfast entrance, who greeted guests warmly every morning. Their friendliness and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Staff was very nice and polite, no exception. The location is very handy if you want to be from walking distance to the famous Ver-O-Peso and Ver-O-Rio areas. The breakfast was very good, a decent selection of food, that will set you up for the day ahead.

Me surpreendi positivamente com este hotel. Já me hospedei em outras unidades da rede Andrade e este foi um dos mais confortáveis, principalmente considerando o custo da diária que paguei. Os funcionários são educados, o quarto estava limpo e a estadia, no geral, foi confortável. O café da manhã é bem básico, como já é padrão da rede, mas cumpre o que promete. Apenas o café deixou a desejar, com um gosto ruim que poderia ser melhorado. Um ponto negativo foi ter encontrado uma barata no banheiro, o que indica possível falha na dedetização e impacta na avaliação. Um detalhe: há academia mas precisa agendar horário (achei até positivo). A localização é ótima, bem central. Em cerca de oito minutos de caminhada é possível chegar ao Teatro da Paz. Porém, à noite não é uma região indicada para andar, pois por ser central fica mais deserta e há presença de moradores de rua e pessoas sob efeito de drogas. Ainda assim, utilizando transporte por aplicativo, tudo funciona muito bem e facilita bastante a locomoção. Não me senti insegura em relação a isso. No geral, é um hotel com bom custo-benefício e conforto básico. Voltaria a me hospedar, especialmente se encontrasse novamente uma boa tarifa.

O hotel é muito aconchegante, a equipe é muito atenciosa e acolhedora. A equipe da limpeza, muito fofa. Sempre muito carinhosa, deixando tudo limpo e cheiroso. O café é gostoso, tem variedades, bolos, frios e sucos regionais. Estou encantada com tudo na cidade. Uber vai tranquilamente, a qualquer hora, o que ajuda muito. Para quem gosta de andar, tem como ir andando para estação das docas e ver o peso. E na rua tem comércio dia de semana. Vale muito a pena a estadia.
