Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Falta de privacidade e grosseria

Infelizmente, nossa experiência foi extremamente negativa, a ponto de decidirmos voltar para casa apenas 2 horas após nossa chegada. No pátio da acomodação, haviam crianças correndo e gritando, e até uma delas espiando pelas frestas. Importante destacar que isso não ocorria nos arredores, mas literalmente dentro da área da acomodação. Nos sentimos extremamente desconfortáveis com a falta de privacidade e o barulho, especialmente porque buscamos esse local justamente para encontrar tranquilidade. Ao tentar nos comunicar com a administração, fomos tratados com grosseria e nosso investimento (que foi alto) não foi restituído. Além disso, tivemos um incidente no qual saiu uma barata do ar condicionado. Embora entendamos que a localização em meio à floresta possa atrair insetos, encontrar uma barata dentro do ar condicionado indica falta de limpeza. Outros problemas incluíram um ventilador empoeirado, uma geladeira que não estava refrigerando adequadamente e até papel higiênico usado no banheiro. A falta de capricho e de um atendimento ao cliente adequado foram decepcionantes. Infelizmente, não recomendamos esse local para ninguém. Compartilhamos nossa experiência negativa com um casal de amigos que também tiveram problemas similares.
