The WiFi worked great. This stood out to me because the previous hotel had terrible WiFi. Breakfast was good and staff there very attentive. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Workout facilities were good.

Truly the worst experience I, as an expedia gold member, has ever had. I made the mistake of booking the hotel one day later, and not the day of, realized my mistake in literally 1 second, contacted expedia, got extreme pushback, arrived at the hotel, they told me I could pay for a room but not change my reservation. Literally all I wanted was a shower, not willing to accommodate when they had rooms available. Truly awful place. Also extremely noisy, dirty, unfriendly. Zero sympathy from both expedia and this hotel. Unbelievable experience as a gold member. I hope this never happens to anyone. An upfront to your face robbery. And they had the audacity to claim only expedia could refund me, when expedia made it clear only they could refund me. Really terrible back and forth.

The breakfast is very good. There is a lot of variety of dishes next to the usual bread. A lot of different desserts, juices etc. And each day it is a bit different so you do not get bored. The location is ok. There is a supermarket right across the hotel. The boulevard mall is about 900metres from the hotel, so you can walk. The neighborhood felt safe. There was an issue with the cards you need to enter your appartment and use the elevator, but the staff was very friendly and helpfull which compensated for the issue. 2 people at the reception spoke fluent english and the others really did their best. Which is great. The wifi worked well. There is a fitnessroom. The only thing i wish was different was the size of the bathroom. I had a standaard double room. For example The toilet would get wet if you opened the tap at the sink. But that is just a minor thing but other than that, i would recommend it to others.

Tive uma experiência agradável durante minha estadia neste hotel. A localização é excelente, próxima a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e com fácil acesso ao transporte público. A recepção foi cordial e eficiente, com check-in rápido e equipe sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e sugestões. O quarto estava limpo, bem organizado e oferecia um bom nível de conforto. A cama era aconchegante, com roupas de cama limpas e travesseiros confortáveis. O ar-condicionado funcionava perfeitamente, e o isolamento acústico era satisfatório, proporcionando boas noites de sono. O banheiro também estava limpo, com toalhas de qualidade e água quente constante no chuveiro. O café da manhã, incluso na diária, oferecia variedade e produtos frescos, com destaque para as frutas e pães. O restaurante do hotel, embora com um cardápio enxuto, apresentou pratos bem preparados. A área comum era bem cuidada, com espaços agradáveis para descanso ou trabalho. Apesar dos pontos positivos, alguns aspectos podem ser melhorados, como a conexão Wi-Fi, que em certos momentos ficou instável, e a manutenção de alguns itens do quarto, como tomadas ou luminárias. No geral, porém, minha experiência foi bastante positiva, e voltaria a me hospedar aqui sem hesitar.

Quarto desconfortavel, pequeno, janela sem vista alguma, com muro e arame farpado, paraecendo uma penitenciária, banheiro pequeno e com vazamento pelo box da agua do banho, com pia pequena e sem espaço para objetos de higiene pessoal, lametavel para um Bristol. Tenho tido essas experiências em hoteis que a Hoteis.com apresenta com uma nota boa ou excelente, mas que na etadia são muito descepicionantes.

Tive uma experiência muito satisfatória durante minha estadia neste hotel. Desde a chegada, fui bem recebido por uma equipe simpática, atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar, o que já criou uma ótima impressão. O processo de check-in foi rápido e eficiente, e as informações passadas foram claras e úteis. O quarto em que me hospedei era espaçoso, bem iluminado, com uma cama confortável e roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas. O ar-condicionado funcionava perfeitamente, assim como o chuveiro, que tinha boa pressão e água quente estável. Outro ponto positivo foi a boa vedação de som, garantindo noites tranquilas de sono, mesmo com movimento nos corredores ou áreas externas. A limpeza foi feita diariamente com zelo, e todos os ambientes do hotel (corredores, elevadores, recepção e áreas comuns) estavam sempre bem cuidados e organizados. O café da manhã foi um dos destaques: variado, saboroso e com itens frescos, agradando tanto quem prefere um desjejum mais leve quanto opções mais completas. A localização também foi excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes, farmácias e transporte público. Me senti seguro para circular pela região a qualquer hora do dia. O Wi-Fi gratuito funcionou bem durante toda a estadia, tanto para uso básico quanto para trabalho remoto.
