The hotel was ok. It was very expensive because we stayed during COP30. It was priced like a 5 star hotel when in reality it was only maybe a 2 or 3 star location. But the staff we friendly and the room was clean so that was most important.

The WiFi worked great. This stood out to me because the previous hotel had terrible WiFi. Breakfast was good and staff there very attentive. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Workout facilities were good.

The breakfast is very good. There is a lot of variety of dishes next to the usual bread. A lot of different desserts, juices etc. And each day it is a bit different so you do not get bored. The location is ok. There is a supermarket right across the hotel. The boulevard mall is about 900metres from the hotel, so you can walk. The neighborhood felt safe. There was an issue with the cards you need to enter your appartment and use the elevator, but the staff was very friendly and helpfull which compensated for the issue. 2 people at the reception spoke fluent english and the others really did their best. Which is great. The wifi worked well. There is a fitnessroom. The only thing i wish was different was the size of the bathroom. I had a standaard double room. For example The toilet would get wet if you opened the tap at the sink. But that is just a minor thing but other than that, i would recommend it to others.

Truly the worst experience I, as an expedia gold member, has ever had. I made the mistake of booking the hotel one day later, and not the day of, realized my mistake in literally 1 second, contacted expedia, got extreme pushback, arrived at the hotel, they told me I could pay for a room but not change my reservation. Literally all I wanted was a shower, not willing to accommodate when they had rooms available. Truly awful place. Also extremely noisy, dirty, unfriendly. Zero sympathy from both expedia and this hotel. Unbelievable experience as a gold member. I hope this never happens to anyone. An upfront to your face robbery. And they had the audacity to claim only expedia could refund me, when expedia made it clear only they could refund me. Really terrible back and forth.

O quarto é bem pequeno e abafado, o ar é diretamente voltado para a cama, quem tem problema com ar condicionado não tem escolha, ou morre de calor ou enfrenta o ar direto em você. A equipe de funcionários na maioria é atenciosa, mas ao reclamar sobre o quarto, o funcionário me pediu simplesmente que reclamasse diretamente no hotéis.com, que é por onde fiz a reserva, achei bem deselegante. O café da manhã é muito bom e variado. A localização é ótima, há um supermercado bem à frente e o ir aos pontos turísticos gasta-se muito pouco com Uber. Há um restaurante no hotel, mas não utilizei os serviços.
