Overall this is an overpriced hotel! Pros: location is good, walking distance to mangal das garças and “old village”. Nice breakfast and lovely outdoor seating. Cons: room had a pile of dirty at the entrance. There was only one iron available (staff was unable to bring it to your room, you had to go downstairs to grab it and they took 10 minutes to find it(?) - overall the experience was disappointing.

雰囲気のある素敵な建物ですがメンテナンス不行き届き、対応不十分で残念なホテル

建物自体は素晴らしく、朝食もとても良かったですがお部屋のメンテナンスには課題が多いと思います。トイレのフラッシュボタンは壊れていてカバーが外れており、かなり強く押し込まないと水が流れません。シャワーもかなり心元ない。チェックイン時間よりかなり早く着いたのでアーリーチェックインが可能か聞いたところ、空室次第というなんとも曖昧な回答。空いてないのかと聞くと、空いていないという答えだったが前日に空室があった事は確認済みだったので「追加で支払いしても？」と聞いたら時間けいさで部屋が用意出来るとのこと。最初からアーリーチェックインは1時間あたりxxレアルですが、どうしますか？と聞くべきであろうと思う。 上手にメンテナンスして対応を向上させれば人気が出そうなのに残念だと思う。

O hotel é excelente, muito bonito. Dia 26/07/2025 na madrugada chegamos de uma festa e decidimos pernoitar por ali mesmo. O porteiro que nos atendeu foi muito gentil e educado, fiquei impressionado com o nível de treinamento que ele deve receber. Parabéns! O café da manhã de primeiro mundo, com muitas guloseimas regionais.

Muito aconchegante

O hotel é lindo e aconchegante. Quarto bem grande, com ótimas comodidades. Banheiro grande também, super confortável. O café da manhã é uma atração à parte. Muito bem servido e feito pela Casa do Saulo, que já é sinônimo de coisa boa. Aproveitamos a piscina também, que é ótima, embora pequena. Com certeza me hospedaria de novo e indico.

A sanctuary of nature, history and excellent food

The hotel is well located, very peculiar as it has been a monastery. Rooms are spacious, well lit and with excellent AC. Staff goes above and beyond to make our wishes come true. The restaurant is fabulous serving local dishes with generous portions and great price. The pool is well equipped with comfy lounge chairs and natural shades from a mature landscape. We’ll definetly be back to Atrium Quinta das Pedras.

fOI uma decepção. Há alguns anos escolho uma cidade diferente para conhecer e comemorar meu aniversário. Sempre sou acolhida na recepção quando informo que estou hospedando em comemoração ao meu aniversário. Recebo mimos, votos de parabéns e felicidades, agradecem por ecolher o hotel. Já até recebi vários upgrads de apartamento, bolo espumante. No Atrium foi diferente, decepcionante. A atendente, com carinha de "nojo" nem se manifestou, ou melhor, desprezou minha informação. REALMENTE UMA DECEPÇÃO E DESPREZO COM O HÓSPEDE. ATRIUM, NUNCA MAIS. ATRIUM, NÀO INDICO.

Depcionou!

Estivemos no hotel por 3 dias. Gostaria de pontuar os pontos positivos inicialmente: ducha gostosa, restaurante casa do Saulo excelente, café da manha gostoso. Pontos negativos: quarto estava bem sujo, eu mesma limpei a poeira, principalmente na cabeceira da cama e vaso sanitário, portas e janelas com teia de aranha e muita poeira, durex colado na parede. Atendimento na recepção muito ruim, sem simpatia ou empatia, exceto na despedida.Não conseguimos marcar qualquer horario da massagem que foi ofertada de brinde. Inatalações antigas e com mal cuidado( tinha inclusive durex na parede) Esperavamos mais do hotel 5 estrelas.
