I don’t believe this hotel has the correct ratings it’s more like a 3 star, facilities are good at best and staff are very selective on who they want to be nice to. I didn’t like that my 7 nights stay was ruined by the level of noise that runs through out the night if your looking for a quiet family break don’t stay here! I upgraded my room after 2 nights as my standard sea view room was smaller than a premier inn! We upgraded to a deluxe sea view with a jacuzzi. Our jacuzzi didn’t work the curtains fell off the balcony doors didn’t lock which wasn’t great considering we shared our balcony with another room! The tv didn’t work at all even after we reported no one came. So overall pretty disappointed

Staff were friendly, but so slow. Service in bars was very bad. Restaurant was manic and whilst staff tried to clear tables often people were walking around waiting for tables. Food was very low in standard and choice. Often cold and not replenished. Its the worse food ive had in Antalya region. Rooms ok, basic and relatively clean. Bedding and towels are tired. The hotel grounds are small by comparison to others in Antalya. There was no quiet areas to sit or adult only areas. I found it extremely noisy. The pool is clean. Turkish ala carte fair. Snack area ok. The hotel serve awful coffee, even in patisserie. Alcohol quality is not the best but ok.

I recommend this resort to every family. For the price, food was good, Staff was friendly, Drinks where ok, Night shows where ok, Rooms where clean and overall every thing was 9 out of 10. We stayed for 3 nights in a family room and, it was not enough.

I experienced several frustrating issues during my stay that caused significant inconvenience. While both check-in and check-out were smooth, the overall experience was disappointing due to multiple unresolved problems. The shower in my room was broken for two days even after I reported it, and despite this inconvenience, I was not offered a room change. Additionally, the in-room phone used to contact reception or guest services was also not working and took two days to be repaired. On top of that, the TV was not functioning and took four days to fix. Although the staff handled check-in and check-out efficiently, these repeated maintenance issues greatly affected my comfort. The food was decent, but compared to other resorts, I felt the party atmosphere and entertainment were lacking. Overall, the constant inconveniences during my stay overshadowed the positives and made the experience much less enjoyable than I had expected.

Lovely family hotel

The hotel is very well managed and perfect on every aspects apart of entertainment. The evening entertainment was very economic compared to other hotels in Antalya. And on Sunday there were nothing all day! Which was very disappointing but apart from that everything else was spot on and we can't fault it at all. Very clean, very well organised.

We had an amazing stay! The food was excellent, with a huge variety, especially at breakfast and dinner. The kids (10 and 6 years) absolutely loved the place. There were activities and entertainment all day long, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The reception staff and everyone we met were always smiling and welcoming. We booked a car to the Land of Legends from the reception and the prices were similar to other outside companies, however the guy helping us was extremely kind and helpful! The only minor comment we had was that sometimes the room cleaning was delayed until around 3 p.m., probably due to shortage. But the rooms were cleaned very well. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Great staff generally but the porters were rudely expectant of a tip. All other staff very good. Hotel looking tired and the building needs some maintenance and refresh to meet the standard expected. Further away from everything than expected and seemed to show on the map.
