We had a pleasant stay at this cozy hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms, as they were a little less clean than expected. With a bit more attention to housekeeping, this hotel could be even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful experience for the whole family. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly kind, and the food was great throughout our stay. The kids loved the waterpark, and having the indoor pool available when it got chilly outside was a lifesaver. Plus, the spa was top-notch. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely relaxing time at Innvista. The selection of foods was great, hotel was well kept and clean and the staff was lovely. We arrived earlier than our check in time, so we didn't expect a room to be ready. Despite this we were given our wristbands and towel cards and so were able to start using the hotel amenities as soon as we got there which was fantastic. Special mention to Emre, Hafsa and Baksen. We loved that there were multiple pools which meant there was never crowding or having to fight for sun loungers! The beach was a short 5 minute journey away which the hotel offers half hourly shuttles for. I would definitely recommend booking yourself in for a Turkish Hamam experience on the first day of your holiday.

Amazing

A wonderful resort for a few days away. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was good. Most of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The AC in my room wasn’t working which would have been helpful but nonetheless it was a good holiday stay. Ten mins away from the land of legends and a few mins from some local bazaar shops.

The first impression is what it’s expected. It’s a good hotel for all inclusive options and the food was outstanding. The pool is also outstanding. I also tried the spa, Thai Massage, deep tissue, 90 min. That meets my standards of treatment and service. I didn’t like is the room I had upon arrival, it was far too warm and the ac struggled to cool down which I had to open the balcony door. Even after 2 days, it still struggled to cool the room down. Another issue is the smell. Sometimes when it’s in heat, the bathroom gutter and toilet begins to make the smell uncomfortable. But doesn’t mean it’s not liveable. The bed was comfortable, and the environment is plain and simple and easy to use. The shower is decent but its a safety hazard if there no shower mat, which increases the chances of slipping. The staff are decent but before I tried to contact the hotel for a transfer from the airport. I got no response which was annoying to find a taxi at the airport. The staff are nice but their attitude is what made the environment lose its charm. The beach is great, sunny, its a very happy environment. But there a guy walking around charging 200 Lira for sun beds. I was there 2 hours in, he came up to me saying its not part of the hotel even though its all inclusive. So I left. For the hotel, they have events every night or day, be aware, it’s very loud sometimes, might struggle to sleep. The elevator very very slow, anyone with disabilities will have to be very patient.

When we arrived, the staff was unfriendly and less helpful. They didn't explain the hotel. When we were at the room we have gotm we recognized that it was occupied by other people. We had to go down and ask for another room. The staff didn't seem to be surprised about the fact, that we have got an occupied room. That wasn't a good start. Later we appreciated the good food. It was apity that none of the pools was heated.

The hotel in general and facilities were great, there was adequate space around the pool areas and was always able to get a sunbed no problem The gym is very well equipped and runs classes throughout the day. The rooms are clean and spacious with the children having proper beds instead of a sofabeds, and the mini bar is a nice touch and is refilled every day. The food in the restaurant is the same every day and lacks poultry options. The bar staff were rude and not helpful in offering drinks and would serve other people at the bar before you even if you were next. There was a language barrier with some staff who didn't understand drinks or questions.

The resort is a little out of the way of Antalya but it's very peaceful. Room was nice and clean. The private beach is closeby and there is a frequent shuttle service. Food and drinks are abundant at all times, but the fish/meat options aren't the tastiest as they are all blant. May be they need to look at having cooks catering to a more wider variety of visitors from around the world. The numerous restaurants mentioned on the website aren't open during the off season (only the main buffet restaurant). The air con in rooms is also only available in the hotter months hence things are are bit stuffy during March until mid April when the air cons are switched on. But the rooms can be kept cool by keeping the balcony doors open at night. There's a bit of difficulty communicating with staff due to the language barrier but they do their best! Just be aware that some activities (e.g. billiards, adventure park) are charged extra but prices are reasonable. We really enjoyed the spa and Turkish bath experience. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

14 days of amazing hospitalilty from Innvista Belek. We had a lovely room service lady, Aysel who greeted us every morning with a smile and quickly became friendly with my son! She is meticulous in her cleaning and tries her best to work around our schedule when my son is sleeping during the day. She cleaned our room thoroughly and also did very cute towel sculptures on our bed which always put a smile on our face. To the groundskeeper who helped me find my shorts when the wind blew it over. To the amazing staff in the dining area who always offer us drinks and bring a highchair for my son . A special mention to the reception staff to Ekaterina and Murat who sorted out a meeting room for me everyday day to attend a conference call and with Murat who I spoke to everyday, they are all so friendly.

Guest Relations Aykut , Kader and the manager Darya Yildiz is very helpful and we had a very nice chess ♟️ game with Aykut.

I loved my stay here and would highly recommend to everyone !! Hospitality is what makes this place world class. The facility is very clean with constant 24/7 cleaners. 10-15 minute walk to land of legend and the nearest mosque. Very fast broadband also . Will definitely be coming back next year

The check-in experience was excellent. Despite arriving a couple of hours early at 12 PM, the staff efficiently checked us in without any hassle. The porters were extremely helpful and prompt. Our room, although a bit small for an interconnecting setup, was clean and comfortable. Special mention goes to the dedicated cleaner on block 3, 4th floor, an older lady who consistently impressed us with her meticulous cleaning, early visits, and polite manner. In terms of dining and food, the hotel offered a variety of options. Over our stay, we tried four à la carte restaurants. Some dishes were good whilst, others were not! In the main restaurant, most dishes weren't perfectly suited for the British palate, but we always found something satisfying. The breakfast, though consistent, became a bit repetitive after a few days. The poolside snack bar was good and the patisserie offered a good assortment of cakes and biscuits. The service provided by the waitstaff was commendable. The pools were a highlight of the hotel. With a multitude of pools available, they never felt overcrowded. The main pools provided a relaxing and serene experience. The absence of deck chair reservations was a welcome surprise, ensuring that guests had fair access to seating throughout the day. We were put off using the spa facility due to rude customer service from the stocky towel man. He was rude and quibbled when changing the towels. It's a shame, as the spa could have been a great addition to our stay.
