“A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”

“A little hard to find at first, but a great place to stay. I had to find a hotel on short notice as the one I reserved turned out to be 50 miles away from Sofia. Friendly staff that always found room for me to park my rental car. Reasonably priced breakfast with a bar. I’lol stay there again next time I visit.”

“Es un hotelazo. Perfecto si vas con coche. Esta decorado con muy buen gusto y el personal es eficiente y muy simpático. Está a 15 minutos del centro en metro que está a su vez a 5 minutos andando del hotel. No hay muchos restaurantes alrededor es el único inconveniente ”

Not only he helped me with anything I needed to know about Sofia (transportation, restaurants, places to see, etc.) but he helped me with some issues that arised about the reservation in the most efficient way and making sure the problem had been solved. The management of the hotel should know he has an outstanding customer...
