“El personal genial, además hay una chica que habla español. El hotel está bastante apartado, en la montaña con una carretera no muy buena pero el entorno es precioso, la comida riquísima y a buen precio y hay mucha tranquilidad. Si vas a Sofia y alquilas coche necesitas que el hotel tenga aparcamiento o comprar un sim búlgara porque es la única opción de pagar la zona azul y verde, no tienen parquímetros.”

“Aufgrund des Gestank nach Zigarettenrauch, würde ich das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen. Zudem hatten wir noch ein anderes Hotel in Sofia, dass ähnlich viel kostete und deutlich moderner und angenehmer war. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht. Auf die Beschwerde, dass es nach Zigaretten im Raum riecht hat man nur geantwortet, dass bestimmt ein anderer Gast auf dem Balkon unter dem Zimmer raucht... Der Gestank war aber so penetrant in dem Raum und auch in das Bettzeug gezogen, dass es nur...

“The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it ”
