Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near to restaurants and shopping area. We were lucky to have a beautiful view with a large balcony in front of the beach and freeway. The hotel breakfast was continental and we enjoyed the breakfast. The staff services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are vey happy and much appreciated being served by them. We booked the Superior Room, 1 Queen Bed. We were so excited because the room has a private pation and pool. When we got there, we had the worst experience. First, the room smelled horrible. The furniture were all dirty you don’t even feel you want to sit on the chairs or the couch. The private pool was very shallow. It was half way filled. There were all bugs in it and the bottom was covered with sand. It seems like they haven’t maintained the area in such a long time. We asked to change the room. But, the second room we saw had rhe same smell. Then, we were offered a third room. It smelled like it was sprayed with purfume. We asked to cancel the stay but they only agreed to refund the second night. Even though, we paid $310 for the first night, we did not stay. We preferred to take the loss rather than staying in this hotel. It is rated as a 5 star hotel, but it really should be a 1 star.

rooms are spacious and clean, all staff are friendly however verses the room rate we expect a lot more. for instance the access to the water parc for the inhouse guests should be free and not discounted. same for the WIFI it should be free and not limited to 2 devices. in addition if the inhouse guest has guests of his own at the pool, charging 50$ per person is insane considering that most beautiful resorts in Lebanon are much cheaper also you should consider that these guests will be spending money for lunch and drinks. over all our stay was nice but the hotel is over rated.

A beautiful property with an amazing view

A beautiful property with an amazing view Of the Mediterranean Sea. Very comfortable room and all the amenities you could need. Fantastic staff as well. I also went for a walk and found a few nice places to eat and drink close by.
