This was an outstanding family oriented resort. We stayed at a few other facilities claiming to be the best but it didn’t have the staff or quality of guests as this resort did. We had an amazing time and will definitely do it again! The staff members are extremely friendly and prompt.

Wir haben für das Schwimmbad 25 Dollar Eintritt pro Person bezahlt. Danach haben wir uns jedoch entschieden, ein Zimmer zu buchen und den Eintritt erstattet zu bekommen. Leider wurde die Rückerstattung nicht akzeptiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, jedoch könnte die Sauberkeit noch verbessert werden.

O hotel é bem localizado, tem uma ótima piscina porém é simples e antigo. Os quartos são pequenos mas bem mobiliados e limpos. A conservação é ok, já vi hotéis muito mais caros com péssima manutenção em Beirute

Worst service I have ever experienced

Worst service I have ever experienced at any hotel. When staying at Coral Beach Beirut, we accidentally forgot our bathing suits on the balcony of our room. Luckily I noticed it the same evening after check-out and wrote an email to kindly ask the staff to keep an eye out for it. No answer. After having written another email kindly asking the staff to answer my email, and no reply came, I called – the reception said no on is checking the info-mail these days. This was the info-mail on the hotel's website. I sent the email again as requested to the reception – where the woman assured me that she had received it and promised that someone was going to answer, whether they had found the bathing suits or not. No response. This was end of October and the hotel was almost empty. How hard can it be?
