This was an outstanding family oriented resort. We stayed at a few other facilities claiming to be the best but it didn’t have the staff or quality of guests as this resort did. We had an amazing time and will definitely do it again! The staff members are extremely friendly and prompt.

Upon arrival, I was told that I had received an “upgrade” because my originally booked room did not have a pool view. Unfortunately, this so-called upgrade quickly turned into a major disappointment. When I entered the room, I was shocked by its condition. There was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke, the bed linen was dirty, and the entire room looked worn out and poorly maintained. Even the wardrobe looked like it should have been thrown away a long time ago. I immediately went to reception and asked for another room. I was told that no other rooms were available. Despite the unacceptable condition of the room, the staff initially refused to allow me to cancel my stay. Only after I contacted Expedia and explained the situation did the hotel suddenly offer me another room. This room was slightly better and at least in a condition where I could reasonably stay. Overall, Coral Beirut appears to be in a very neglected condition. However, what disappointed me even more was the attitude of the staff. Instead of showing understanding or trying to resolve the situation, I received unfriendly and dismissive responses and was made to feel as though my complaint was an inconvenience. This is not how paying guests should be treated. On top of the already high room rate, I was also charged an additional $11 per day for parking. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Considering both the poor condition of the hotel and the way my legitimate complaint was handl

Wir haben für das Schwimmbad 25 Dollar Eintritt pro Person bezahlt. Danach haben wir uns jedoch entschieden, ein Zimmer zu buchen und den Eintritt erstattet zu bekommen. Leider wurde die Rückerstattung nicht akzeptiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, jedoch könnte die Sauberkeit noch verbessert werden.
