知本溫泉業者與員工們，加油！

房間整潔乾淨，一早起床有陽台可以看山景，呼吸新鮮空氣。可能近日花東補助旅遊即將截止，房務人員太忙沒有看到冰箱冷凍層還有一塊小蛋糕。反應櫃檯後已立即派員清理。

離超商很近算最大優點

地下停車場的指示很不方便找到電梯，床頭沒有插座可充電不是很理想，進房間一開始就兩隻蟑螂say hello, WTH.房間也很潮濕，但冷氣打開就會好很多。電視壞ㄧ半，吹風機也有問題，雖櫃台有提供吹風機。床偏硬，房間的泡澡池的溫度很不好控制。想所連鎖的品牌飯店應該有一定的品質，很可惜沒有。 但行前會傳簡訊再提醒ㄧ下注意事項，還有安排安靜的房間很感謝，沒有跟團客同在一起 沒有買早餐無法給評語 離便利商店很近，飯店門口也有自動販賣機，價格跟超商的價格差不多，這點很不錯👍 但很可惜，從停車場開始就大大的失望

飯店較為老舊, 但不影響住宿品質, 服務人員態度很好, 此次入住陽台正對馬路, 早上起床看到景色, 心情也愉快起來。真要在此次住宿挑毛病, 就是停車場地上有些鐵條, 走路要小心別踢到

整體OK, 部份需加強

(1)8/24颱風天入住, 12點多就到, 櫃台提早讓我們入住, 且當時停氣無冷氣, 還提供礦泉水, 很棒 (2)室內游泳池在供電後, 若能讓住客使用, 會更好 (3)12F的茶水間不知為何原因突然鎖門, 櫃枱有告知4F有, 但12F若能使用會對住客更方便 (4)8/25早餐時, 多隻蒼蠅到處飛, 若能即使捕捉就更完美了
