Cleaning crew was excellent and helpful. Front desk was very courteous. The only issue is that for some nights, the neighbors were noisy in the evening hours.

Disliked: Staff & service
The receptionists was nice and friendly; The room looks clean; Supplies are sufficient - self-service laundry and gym equipment included, but 1. the room assigned was not the accurate type, had to request a change but got attitude from the room service staff; 2. Have to let them know that the breakfast was included in the order when checking in and had to ask for the coupon for breakfast. 3. The breakfast had monotonous menu, zero updates during my stay. 4. My request of DO NOT DISTURB was ignored for several times.

The hotel is fine. There’s nothing inherently wrong with it. I would be careful booking through a 3rd party like Expedia because it might not have accurate information. I booked through here, but once I arrived at the hotel they didn’t have the room I booked. They also told me checkout was 12pm not 2pm like my reservation said. It seems there’s some miscommunication between Expedia’s reservation system and theirs. Just be aware. Also, the rooms aren’t 100% soundproof. You can hear everything going on in the hallway through the doors. I had some unfortunately loud neighbors across the hall and could hear everything. Also, since I went during the summer, there was a weird smell in the room each time, but it was clean. Housekeeping took out the trash each day. It was fine for my 5-night stay. The local area is nice.
