First of all, I have to acknowledge the staff were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me even when I was having difficulties paying for a tour, the front desk was fantastic. I would recommend the room with breakfast. The breakfast is a beautiful, generous buffet, the only drawback I would say was the bathroom where the shower continually leaked onto the floor which caused me to worry about slipping. I have mentioned it to the staff so hopefully they will fix it. Great location, great service, and good value for money, considering what it would cost in the United States and in Europe.

Our family stayed for a week and we were pleased by the facility and service. We especially enjoyed the Buffet at the restaurant within the hotel. The manager Chris was friendly and very accommodating to our needs.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton and while the service was professional and the staff were genuinely helpful, I was left disappointed by a key aspect of the experience. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the advertised spa. However, upon arrival, I was told the spa is only accessible to female guests—a policy that was not disclosed anywhere during the booking process.

Poor Management

The room was clean and the service was good. However, I can only rate my overall experience a 3 out of 10 due to two major issues. First, when I checked in at 4 PM, the front desk informed me that no double rooms were available, even though the official check-in time is 2 PM. This delay is unacceptable. Second, the swimming pool had three or four children receiving swimming lessons from a coach. It was clear they were not hotel guests and had no affiliation with the hotel. This reflects poor management and lack of proper facility oversight.

While the room was clean, the overall value for money was super low. The shower drainage wasn’t functioning properly so every night my bathroom was essentially flooding and I was very close to slipping on many occasions. The wire chargers next to the bed weren’t working but luckily I brought universal adaptor with wire charging function, otherwise it could be really inconvenient. The amenities were visibly a bit outdated hence a very subpar Ritz, I won’t recommend it. The only redeeming factor was the staff that were very professional and helpful.
