Rooom and hotel were very clean. Staff were polite and very helpful. Breakfast menu was exceptional and very tastey. In-suite clothes washer / dryer was great! Hotel delivers above the value from room to service to location although room is not big but it has all a guest need including a washer that comes with drying function and they even provide laundry detergent at no extra cost. Staff are excellent, friendly and informative with no expectation of gratuity. Location is good, with lots of eateries including mcdonald Recommend to try the massage by 2 blind therapist, there are quite a number of locals. The massage center is within walking distance from hotel Lastly, i love their indoor pool and big gym

This is a great hotel. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The bar was fantastic—Lee, the bartender/manager, was extremely friendly, and the ambience is really nice. Great décor; I highly recommend checking out the bar. The room also has washer and dryer in the room. This hotel also has one of the best gyms I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and there are tons of restaurants around within walking distance. The only downside is that it’s pretty far from the subway—about an 18–20 minute walk.

Seamless check-in at 1am. Room was spotless and I noticed that the cleaning staff actually remove their shoes before entering the rooms to clean. Breakfast was a good mix of local chinese food and western cereals as well as a selection of bread/pastries. No robots for food delivery. I've had to collect my food deliveries from a dedicated food delivery room.

The room was perfect, and included a small kitchen with a washer/dryer. It’s walkable from Wangfujing Street. It was very safe as well. The staff and especially the valets guys were extremely helpful, I did use Didi a lot and they helped me quite often. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

We loved our stay. The location was central (though far from a subway stop). The roof top pool was amazing! Bed was comfy and big, and even though the room was small it didn't really feel small with high ceilings.
