The facility is well maintained and very convenient, high-tech. There’s even a Family Mart convenience store at ground level a little bit behind the hotel just need to walk over from hotel lobby, which is essential for travelers. And the hotel breakfast is buffet style that combine Chinese and western varieties that are all fresh ingredients, including an egg station which is a plus! All of the staffs are courteous and professional. In summary, this is a pleasant stay!

Great location! Got a room upgrade and loved the room. The towels felt so clean and soft, it was a really nice room. Location was conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants, we didn’t have to walk far to grab food. The staff was really nice.

Hotel’s location was the main plus point, rooms were rather warm esp during the day when there’s sun even with a blower and windows opened, think hotel should really consider supplying cool air-con even during winter. all the staffs were nice and helpful esp the ones who tending the main entrance out in the cold. Downside was the room’s toilet bowl had an unpleasant sewage smell.
