スタッフは親切でよかった。 エレベーターが無いので大きなトランク4個を上に上げる必要があった。とても疲れた。 スタッフが手伝ってくれたので助かりました。 ページにエレベーターが無いこと、部屋まで階段で荷物を運ばないといけないことを説明するべきだ。
