Hotel for the local crowd
Not at all what I expected. The hotel is clearly more suited for locals. I got stuck with a half room with no window - obviously that was the room reserved for people that book through Expedia. The hotel location is bad making daily commutes to other parts of the city a nightmare. The hotel is not well known which makes it difficult for foreigners to find their way back to the hotel in a cab - even with an address. The staff was patient but clearly lacked an ability to communicate with foreign travelers. Next time I'll stick with a western hotel.
The Hotel was good but for a 4 * plus hotel--only one girl there spoke any English or any other language. Once the English speaking girl left it was hard to make oneself understood.
Hotellet har et rigtig god service, men problemet er at de fleste der arbejder på hotellet kan ikke tale engelsk. Det vil derfor give et mindre god service pga. kommunikationen.
The hotel asked me to deposit $40 USD as deposit which I paid cash and they gave me a receipt. Its an unusual step so I forgot to ask for my deposit back upon check out.
After returning to US a day later, I got no response back when I sent an email. No one could speak English on the phone so that was useless. They did not respond even when the hotels.com representative called and sent them email.
I think the hotel staff should learn how to speak English if they want to host international guests.

Not 4.5 star, Wrong location
We chose the hotel because of its location, near the subway, but this is placed wrong on Hotels.com. We gave up finding cabs that could find the hotel, and started taking the bus to the subway.
Beside that we chose the hotel because of its fitness room, which was temporally under construction?? - I wonder if it exists.
As described in other recommendations this Hotel is not near a 4.5 star hotel, No coffee and smelly carpets.
The staff doesn't speak very much English, but the try to help as much as they can.
The hotel was by no means a 4.5 star property.
the pillows and sheets were plastic.
for two people they gave one towel.
the shower drain was clogged.
Only tea. No coffee or sugar.
No irron or irroning board.
Room carpets were dirty.
Staff had very poor english.
However, Lobby was nice and staff were kind.
choose a diffrent location!
It was a very clean and fresh smelling hotel with very nice bed, pillows as well as fresh sheets, which is very hard to see in China.
Most of the staff does speak English.
Much better than I expected based on my other stays in Beijing before.
Thanks to Hotels.com as well as Feitian hotel

Not recomended
Staff simply don't speak any English they gave us a single room although we paid for business superior room than after many claim and help from guests that spoke bits of English they changed to double but still a small room and not the room we ordered just choose another hotel
If you don't speak Chinese, you will have a tough time here. I would say it's not quite a 4.5 star hotel. There is only one nonsmoking floor which is hard to get on. The rooms aren't bad but are a little small for this star level, and have very tiny windows that could make on go a bit crazy if you need to see outside.

Not impressed at all
Location is horrible. Even cab drivers have a hard time finding it. Some even do not find it.
English is a major issue for the staff. So if there is an issue (like I had with the reservation) because of the language barrier, it quickly turns into a nightmare
Staff is very unhelpful. If you want a taxi, you will have to stand on the street yourself to wave for a cab (the bell boys will not do it for you ... although they have nothing lse to do).
Check-out was a nightmare: my room had to be inspected. That took about 40 min and made me almost miss my flight. Then I got all sorts of mini-bar charges for things I never consumed b ecasue I was in a hurry (almost missed my flight) and the satff does not speak English, there was nothing I could do but pay. Horrible experience.
Breakfast is served until 9 am. No decent restaurant. Although the hotel has everything to be a four star hotel, it feels very uncosy. Rooms are OK though

L'Hotel è molto bello ma nessuno al suo interno parla bene l'inglese.
The hotel was more than difficult to find. Noone had heard of it. The phone number listed on Expedia did not exist. Finally received the phone number and called for directions. They hung up on me because they did not speak English. After finally finding the hotel, the staff were useless. They could not even show me on the map where they were located. They could not understand that the room had been paid for online. They could not give any information on how to get to popular tourist sights. The rooms were very nice and clean, but the hotel was on a long walk to a metro station. There was not even a convenience store close by.
The hotel was clean and in a good location with taxi rides to many of the major attractions costing very little. The staff had so-so English but made every effort to accomodate us. The included breakfast was very good and there was a large western-style buffet in the evenings (not included). Rooms were comfortable and had both bath tubs (rare in China) and showers.
