Good location, always a friendly welcome and helpful staff!!

Perfect West End location for my business conference. Entrance and reception area is small and homelike, the wonderful opposite of big Shoping Centre. Very cozy and comfortable bedroom, plush without being ostentatiously luxe. Very friendly service from all staff. Had delicious lunch, drinks, and snacks in the pretty roof top restaurant, which was surprisingly always almost empty.
