“We lived this place! Staff lovely.”

“The owner was nice and very helpful. She printed out a map for use to show us the places we would like to visit and a few free parking places in Saunderfoot. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked every morning. The location is not bad, 5 mins or maybe even less to drive to Saunderfoot town centre/ 20 mins walk. Tenby was about 10 mins drive away. The room had everything needs,plus a nice coffee pod machine and Welsh cakes. Parking is included which was great.”

“We loved this hotel. THE view from our room was unforgettable. The QR code ordering system on the terrace with its spectacular view is a total turn off though. We couldn't even buy a drink directly from the bar. Makes no sense and they are losimg custom.”

“It was a lovely place”

“An absolutely beautiful hotel from the moment you enter the grounds. Wonderfully renovated property with gorgeous understated style everywhere. Our bedroom was luxurious and comfortable with complimentary minibar and home made snacks. Very welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast and dining were of a good standard in great surroundings. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Will return.”

“Good position, plenty of parking spaces, decent breakfast. Housekeeping staff seem to sometimes like to skip over making rooms, but it is not too serious.”

“I have been generous with a three star rating and looking at other customers reviews I'm not sure if they take on board what your saying or come out swinging I'm gob smacked at some of the 10/ 10 ratings. Firstly I've been generous because the room had a small settee and there was a very nice view of the ocean . The room was a very good size I was under the impression that this hotel had been refurbished it hasn't . Sticking with the room it's was clean but the shower room was grim the curtain...

“Great location by South beach and great hospitality from all members of the team. Our room was very clean and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed! Will definitely recommend and return.”

“Room not as described, aircon not working, unable to have windows open in evening due to bats, making it unbearable. Some winfows screwed shut. (Fire hazard) Curtain missing on lounge area allowing multiple view points to see in room. As for FOOD/SERVICE, terrible ordered breakfast, first in restaurant, Took 1HR 15MINS before breakfast served. Advertised big bottles of wine, but would only served per glass.”
