“The first unit I reserved had some issues - sliding door wouldn't open and logging into the TV, but the host moved us to another unit that was much better. We didn't know that places would be closed either due to it being off season or Easter weekend. We had to go into Banner Elk to eat and buy groceries. Just wanted to add that for people like us that don't travel to the mountains often. Overall we had a good trip, but I would stay in Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock next time.”

They even provide ear plugs and sound machine!) 10/10 stay, would absolutely recommend and def stay here again!”

“La ubicacion y el servicio excelente”

“We loved the clean, attractive, neatly organized room/bathroom!! Juanita did an excellent job cleaning the room and providing extra bath linens for us. Very easy access to adjust the room temperature. The bed linens/pillows/carpet and decor were...

“It was okay overall. Just keep in mind that if you book a suite, they don’t have one with a mountain view, although the app will give you that option. Many thanks to Shelby, who went the extra mile to show us different rooms so we could choose the best one. Also, they don’t provide or sell sewing kits. Breakfast is served by Starbucks, which is not my favorite. However, the room itself was perfect: clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed. Enjoy your trip!”
