We were really dissatisfied. Paid over $200/night for 2 rooms for the weekend and added on a 3rd night before we began our stay. Our final tally was over $1100. The hotel staff never cleaned our rooms, made our beds, or offered any help. We requested clean towels on the 3rd day and even though all our trash bins were overflowing with garbage, they just left the linens and didn't even empty the trash. The rooms were nice but outdated, TVs are not smart so no streaming, bathroom and fridge had mold/mildew and the tub was oddly warped, body wash dispenser had fallen off the wall and was empty. The coffee was like tea it was so weak, but the kitchen and front desk staff were very nice and gracious. Wouldn't stay again. Definitely not with what we paid.

Room was clean as were the towels. We just felt this Hampton Inn needs a ‘refresh’ as paint was peeling off in the bathroom as well as the wall paper bubbling (room 417). Dings in the door…we believe it is an older Hampton…needs a refresh for sure. Breakfast was very good as the touch of ‘gift bag’with 2 bottles of water and in the morning complimentary cookies! Staff was friendly and helpful ( put our cooler freezer packs into a freezer ready for us in the morning for our next leg of our trip!)
