Our room was very clean and freshly painted. The breakfast was good--eggs, bacon, warm biscuits, yogurt, etc. Housekeeping is every 3 days, so they should supply 6 coffee packets. Dish TV didn't have a channel we wanted so we went to a sports bar to see our game. New River Gorge National Park is truly beautiful!

We were greeted by a friendly person at the front desk upon arrival. Check in was streamlined and we got to our clean and comfortable room quickly. We were only at the hotel one night, so we didn't use the pool or any other amenities. Our beds were so comfortable. We had a great stay.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel is new, and the rooms are clean. However, the sound insulation is extremely poor. We could clearly hear noise from outside, but the biggest problem was the noise from the room above. The guest upstairs was walking extremely loudly, and the noise was so disturbing that we were awakened at around 3:00 a.m. and could not get back to sleep.
