Great location for everything. Food, attractions and vineyards nearby. Note: only part of the hotel has a lift. Morning breakfast is very good. The entire stall is very friendly and attentive to the guests needs.

No service staff; baggagist; dining room terrible like a canteen in a factory; beef bourgignon unchewable; No food service M-F!!! Terrific location; nice desk staff. 3rd rate hotel. Would never stay again. Beaune has some lovely hotels. This is not one.

Disappointed that the in house restaurant was not the ee same as shown on the photos . Major changes had happened between December 23 and April 24 leaving a much lower standard of restaurant. Had we known this, we would have chosen to book a higher standard restaurant within a short walk of the hotel.

"In your face luxury" with little real convenience

Hello! The 10 minute guest car parking for check-in was taken by some huge 4x4 trucks overnight. This totally ruined my check-in, moving my car in reverse risking an accident, moving to a far away place, leaving necessary things in the car. Being laxed on some abusive guests means an unfair neglect to others. Also, providing a kettle in the room but no tea bag is not very thoughtful. Sorry but the overall impression is "In your face luxury" with little real convenience.

Une nuit dans la chambre « le clos du roi » très agréable dans cette jolie annexe du bâtiment principal. Spacieuse, à la décoration soignée, une très belle prestation. Petit déjeuner buffet très correct. L’accueil est chaleureux. Une belle étape que je recommande.
