Very good budget option, good value, check in good

Overall an excellent stay, room was good so was check in including accommodating dogs. I have scored low on service mainly because of the overnight porter/reception attendant. Twice on leaving and entering the hotel to let dogs relieve themselves including 5am there was absolutely no acknowledgement to our greeting to him or even eye contact to either my partner or myself which we both felt was rude and not very good for customer service. The other staff at check in and morning breakfast were nice and friendly which perhaps made his attitude stand out more. Another positive was despite the hotel being very busy our room was extremely quiet and we slept well

This is what you will describe as very much on a budget hotel. No hair dryer, no cups in a room, etc. However, they have a bike storage and even though they don’t speak English, they try to help as much as possible.
