Rooms and some communal areas renovated recently but some areas (annex hallways) still due. Comfortable and quiet bedroom with very good towels and toiletries. Parking underground was decent sized and safe. Very convenient for Beaune town centre. Most staff very friendly and helpful.

A éviter ! Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles

Très décevant et définitivement pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Il faut savoir que les chambres ne sont pas toutes rénovées notamment celles qui sont « standards ». Nous avons eu la « chance » de tomber sur l’une d’elle ! Déco usée et désuète, moquette sale et malodorante, salle de douche au sol mal nettoyé, join de douche moisie, porte découpée pour poignée de porte, etc. … évidemment tout cela n’était pas indiqué lors de la réservation, la réceptionniste m’explique que certaines sont rénovées comme sur les photos du site mais pas toutes… mais le prix lui est le même !!!! Évidemment, plus de chambres rénovées de disponibles pour changer… alors on me dit qu’il faut 80€ de plus pour en avoir une supérieure (rénovée celle ci). Publicité mensongère ! Et concernant le sol sale, on nous a même pas proposé de venir nettoyer, il a fallu que l’on réclame des tapis de bain supplémentaires avec lesquels nous avons nous mêmes nettoyé ! Inadmissible !!! 2 points positifs néanmoins, la situation idéale pour aller au centre et le petit-déjeuner, bien que cher (24€/pers.), très bon, encore heureux à ce prix ! Au global nous aurions eu une meilleure prestation dans une chaîne hôtelière pour moins cher … À éviter !

Total deception - hôtel trompeur

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet établissement, qui ne tient clairement pas ses promesses. Le confort et le style de la chambre "supérieure" qui nous a été attribuée étaient bien loin des photos alléchantes présentées lors de la réservation. Rien à voir avec le style contemporain et soigné que l'on nous faisait espérer : la chambre était banale, sans charme, ni modernité, et ne justifie en rien le tarif appliqué. Seul le bar, récemment rénové avec goût, semble avoir bénéficié d’un coup de jeune — mais cela donne surtout l'impression d’un leurre marketing destiné à masquer l’aspect vieillot du reste de l’hôtel. Une vraie déconnexion entre l’image en ligne et la réalité sur place.

Le personnel était super et le petit dej aussi. Par contre la chambre ne correspondait pas trop aux photos mises en avant sur l’application (visiblement certaines chambres ont été rénovées mais pas celle qu’in a eu). Pas très grave pour nous car une seule nuit mais bon je trouve ça un peu moyen quand même de la part de l’hôtel, et un peu déceptif

Joli petit endroit

Petit hôtel tout à fait sympathique et plutôt bien situé. Personnel au top . Le seul mini bémol serait peut-être le prix du garage, 20€ la nuit mais j’ai pu laisser ma voiture au chaud jusqu’à 14:00 je n’ai donc vraiment pas à me plaindre 24€ le petit déjeuner, si vous êtes un gros mangeur, ce doit être facile à « rentabiliser » mais la qualité des produits locaux reste dingue
