Thank you Katie and Janell for your willingness to ensure that every guest had a great experience. As for the property it looked very drab and unkept. The indoor pool was not available. There was only one elevator working and it was not in good condition. If the grounds and the amenities matched the level of the staff it would be a great spot to recommend for travelers.

Property was clean. Parking lot entrance is weird you cut through another hotles parking lot to get to it. Pool was closed for repairs. Elevators were a little scary and would start moving before the door was closed and one of the elevators was broken, no signs saying that. If you want to relax by the bar in the evening just know that they allow children to sit in the lounge area. They had bad water pressure and ended up having to shut off the water at one point for maintenance. Room was nice, large and clean. Bathroom door would not shut of lock and the shower head was separating from the wall, the head needs a deep clean so the water can actual come out. Room had 1 singular trash can and it was in the bathroom. The three person tub... in our two person 🤔 room.. was nice but one of the parts came off while using it. Overall I would stay again.
