This hotel needs a lot of updates to their rooms. They have chips and dents on furniture and bathtubs, cracks and paint peeling on the walls and bathroom floor. The a/c didn’t appear to be working on the main floor or the elevators. Which in July makes it pretty unpleasant. When we first arrived we had to switch rooms due to the condition of our room. There were stains on the comforter and sheets and the bathroom had dust and dirt on the floor. If our stay was more than one night we’d have switched to another hotel. Raechel, the front desk staff was very apologetic and helpful in getting us a different room. Unfortunately she is the only positive thing to say about our experience here.

They property was great! We had a very comfortable stay here and the property is very well kept and clean. The staff is also very warm and friendly. Parking is also very easy and available. The only issue we faced was that we arrived at 6:15pm and our room was still not ready. Which for us was fine, we just found a location to eat some dinner, but for some on a tight schedule, this could be an issue.

We stayed here on our trip to see our grandson become a Marine on Feb. 13. We particularly enjoyed our check-in with Jocelyn (forgive spelling); she was so very helpful. The accommodations were wonderful, and having the mini-fridge was a bonus. If our younger grandson decides to join the Marines, we will certainly stay here again!

We checked in to find one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve seen. And the bed frame was sticking out from the wall making it a great way to hurt yourself. It really made me appreciate how much work hotels put in to keep their properties clean. They didn’t do it at Hilton Garden Inn. Staff was mixed. Sometimes helpful and sometimes seemingly annoyed. The location was fine. Extremely overpriced. At about $300 a night. Easy parking. Oh.. booked this because there was a pool. Pool was closed.

The hotel is apparently woefully under staffed. The front desk people were very friendly but at 4:30 p.m. they had no rooms ready and I gathered from the phone calls coming in, that there was no maintenance staff on duty. The bed was just Ok but the room was spacious and very clean when we were finally allowed access.
