Absolutely rubbish!! Dirty! No room key, we had to ask the receptionist to let us in every time we return to the room!! Holes in bedding, chewing gum stuck to bed! Bed frame rusty!

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans l'hĂŽtel PremiĂšre classe Ă  BeaucouzĂ© du 20 au 21 dĂ©cembre 2025 et notre expĂ©rience est malheureusement trĂšs dĂ©cevante, d’autant plus que nous voyageons avec nos enfants, dont un nourrisson de 4 mois. AprĂšs une promenade en ville, nous sommes rentrĂ©s dans notre chambre aux alentours de 21h. À notre arrivĂ©e, un rassemblement avait lieu dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, avec plusieurs individus regroupĂ©s au pied de leur chambre visiblement en train de faire la fĂȘte. PassĂ© 22h, les nuisances sonores ont continuĂ© sans interruption : discussions bruyantes, chants, aucun respect du voisinage ni du calme attendu dans un hĂŽtel, encore moins lorsqu’on sĂ©journe avec de jeunes enfants. Il me semble que les mĂȘmes individus du rez-de-chaussĂ©e ont Ă©tĂ© rejoindre des personnes de notre Ă©tage pour discuter Ă  haute voix , musique forte...À minuit passĂ©, la situation Ă©tait toujours identique, rendant le repos impossible, en particulier avec de jeunes enfants. La situation n’a visiblement pas Ă©tĂ© prise en charge. L’état de la chambre est Ă©galement trĂšs dĂ©cevant. Les finitions sont nĂ©gligĂ©es : prises et interrupteurs mal fixĂ©s, vis apparentes dans les murs, plinthes abĂźmĂ©es, traces d’usure et manque Ă©vident d’entretien. L’ensemble donne une impression de laisser-aller et de manque de sĂ©rieux. Nous avons pris en plus deux chambres... L’extĂ©rieur de l’établissement laisse lui aussi Ă  dĂ©sirer.

Dopo aver ricevuto in anticipo le disposizioni su come fare il self check-in, il terminale non trovava la prenotazione. Abbiamo chiamato il numero per l'assistenza e NESSUNO ha risposto. Chiedendo il rimborso dunque della prenotazione, l'hotel ci ha risposto in maniera negativa. PESSIMI.
