The staff were wonderful really friendly everyone of them. Room was clean, quiet, breakfast amazing, been a long time since I had a full English breakfast I could not have asked for better, everything was hot just lovely. Will definitely stay here again! But will ask for room with shower only, had bath with shower and have bad knee so little problem getting into and out of bath, 10 out of 10 loved it.

We booked the premium room which was nice but our room was next to where the deliveries come through so was quite noisy. The Spa was lovely and so was the food in the restaurant. When asked how our stay was upon check out we did explain about the noise and the lovely Ibraheem gave his apologies, gave us a free day pass to come back and visit their spa and waived our room service which was very kind of him. Thank you!

Breakfast had a nice selection. Property is dated and rooms. Rooms aren’t cleaned very good nor is the hall ways of the rooms. We had a good sleep on their beds. But cleaning staff needs to do a better job of cleaning.

Staff were affable and very helpful, I truly enjoyed my three nights stay at Crown Plaza Hotel Beaconsfield. The breakfast was top-notch , the pool, steam room , hot tub and the sauna as well. I will recommend, this is my second visit and I am definitely coming back soon .

We had a lovely spontaneous stay here. We were drawn to the spa facilities but due to the specified times for children (wise) we werent able to fit it in to our schedule this time. Check in was brief (fine) but lacked warmth, however, we understand there were a few events happening later on that evening (not that we heard anything from our room - another big tick!!!) Chef catered to dietary needs with such professionalism and really listened to our request - he was also so friendly and attentive, even checked in on us the next morning. Thank you that was really appreciated and we would come back for this. Decor was lovely especially in the restaurant area, and from what we saw of the spa area. Public areas appeared to be looked after. Room could have done with a deeper clean - found cobwebs and thick dust/dirt around the fridge, vents, areas of the bathroom and on the shower head. The 'view' was also out the back over some bins which was a shame but for our short stay not an issue. We both found the bed quite uncomfy, although we are aware different mattresses are personal preference. Easy parking, and attentive staff, with great access, food and facilities. Thanks.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff could not do enough for you and the breakfast was amazing. Took two dogs with us so understandably had to pay extra. Just think the £30 each dog is too much. Don't want the dog ball and treats etc. that were provided. Other than that, highly recommend.

We stayed over night with our son (aged 13). On arrival our room was upgraded as they did not have any more pull out beds which was an absolute bonus. Ibraham at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The staff was amazing and the room was super clean. The swimming pool was not too busy and they allowed us to have some extra time as kids have certain times throughout the day. Overall experience was brilliant with a great choice of food for breakfas. We will definitely come back again.

First time at this hotel. Staff really polite, welcoming and efficient. Barvinder check us in and organised a taxi for us to go to our appointment in Beaconsfield. Our room was on the fourth floor. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing - full buffet breakfast. We were cordially greeted by a member of staff who explained the layout of the breakfast and showed us to our table. All dining room staff were friendly and polite. Overall our experience was excellent and what I have come to expect of Crowne Plaza worldwide, thank you.
