We said in a snug was very clean it was a little smaller than expected but had everything we needed for 1 night, we had cocktails and snacks at the bar which were very nice and dinner at the Thai restaurant which the food was delicious and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic will definitely stay again.

We stayed here 6 years ago and had an amazing stay so we were hoping it was still as good and it was, I actually thought the reception staff were much nicer this time. Rooms are just fabulous and super clean, pool area is so lovely and they do the best dirty martinis :) Honestly this place is one of my favourites !

Room was looking tired and wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of small detailed cleaning is required, extra attention to the woodwork & fittings. Thai restaurant wasn’t very good, over cooked chicken starter, old dressing. Main of Pad Thai was very over cooked, meaning the noodles difficult to eat. Bar staff & reception staff were very good and helpful.

The Hotel is in an excellent location as Beaconsfield has everything you could need, the Thai restaurant is really nice, the only downside was the room we stayed in was close to the high street and was really noisy when pubs and restaurant's emptied late at night.

The room was very elegant and clean, the bed was very comfortable & pillows perfect. Only downside was no bubble bath and the room was very hot which caused me to wake up at 4am but apart from that I was very happy with the hotel

Lovely stay. We stayed in a decadent room which was large and spacious with an outdoor patio area. There was a ‘show kitchen’ which was odd but all in all the room was as expected. The bathroom was large. Instructions on how to use the above rain style shower would have been good and our bathroom bin was not emptied from the previous occupants. Other than that we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Amazing stay at Crazy Bear for my boyfriend’s birthday. I booked the decadent room, which was amazing- so spacious and the decor was gorgeous. Very clean, with everything we needed. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a flawless stay, room service was spot on- breakfast good, with beautiful surroundings in the restaurants. Reception staff super helpful too Highly recommend thank you!

Tbh I didn’t use the hotel side I was only in the room over night. The room was amazing and it was only one of the lower end rooms. The only issue really was the shower tap wasn’t the best to operate and the shower head didn’t fit well due to having a new pipe which didn’t hold very well in the clip so the shower head was very lose. But apart from that it was a perfect stay.

It was nice bit dark and dingy but it was definitely a good stay shame there was no late check out unless you paid and also the bar staff seemed quite rude when we returned to use the pool Like kept questioning us if we staying in the hotel. Only to find there was no steam room and the pool was ice cold with no changing area. I would give it a overall 7/10

The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient. The most disappointing part was the pool area. When I visited in 2022, the pool setup was absolutely amazing for summer - cocktails in a very elegantly done Moroccan themed poolside. Great vibes, great drinks. Now - all that is gone, and the pool cabanas aren’t even properly set up. This was a real disappointment as it was the key reason I’d booked the crazy bear, other than the convenient location. The other challenge is parking - it states free parking but it’s just public street parking. Once you find a space for your car nearby - move it at your peril! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was nice enough. The main draw is the location, the nice classic Beaconsfield style building the hotel is in, and the room availability.
